NSM until an email has been sent confirming
your order. NSM reserves the right to
withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors
such as false personal or payment details. |

| Availability and Pricing |
| The availability and pricing of goods on the
NSM website (http://www.NavbharatOnline.com)
is valid at the time of your visit and are subject to
change without notice. |

| Delivery of Goods |
| When you have placed an order with the NSM
Bookshop online, every effort will be made to dispatch
your goods within the next working day (24 hours). If
the order cannot be dispatched within 7 working days,
you will be notified by email and appropriate
arrangements will be made regarding the payment of the
order. No charges will be made to your credit card until
the order is dispatched. If necessary, the NSM
Bookshop may deliver individual items from a single
order separately. PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping Charges As per actual on weight of item for
more than one book would be charged extra later on and
buyer is bound to pay this amount. |
